  2. Place in a bowl add the rest of ingredients; mix and chill.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! My grandmother made this at Christmas as well. She passed away when I was still small and I thought this recipe was lost forever. My father has asked for this recipe, but noone had it. This is such an awesome dish. I can't wait until he tastes it....again. Gina, you're an angel.
