Amazing Stuffed Mushrooms

"I tried some other recipes and had to mess with them so it wasn't really their recipe anymore. I don't like it when people write a review and they've changed everything....just make it your own!"

  1. Made these stuffed mushrooms as a side dish to go with tonight's dinner, but they were gone before we ever sat down to eat. We really enjoyed them and will definitely make them again. Made for Spring PAC, April, 2014.

I've gotten back into cooking and find I can't leave a recipe alone, I always have to fiddle with it. I live on my 20 acres in Goldendale, WA and have a wonderful man friend that also likes to cook and help in the kitchen. My horses are gone :( and I have 3 small dogs and will be getting rid of my chickens soon. I'm a regular church goer and love our Lord, we go to bible study and I like reading my bible and recipes. I have 4 grown kids, all over the states, 2 daughters are teachers for special ed kids, my son is famous for his very small tattoos, and one daughter has problems, but don't we all??
