Amazing Ny Style White Garlic Pizza

"We lived in NY state for a few years and fell in love with White Garlic Pizza. When we moved back to the Midwest, purveyors of pizza, never heard of it. This one fills the bill. If your family likes garlic, be prepared to make this one over and over. This recipe came from "All Cooks" but had errors that needed to be corrected."

  1. This was really good for a quick white pizza. I grew up in upstate NY and for a slightly more authentic version you might want to try mixing ricotta cheese with garlic (fresh or powdered) and use that in place of the jarred sauce. I love the sausage/garlic combo and its so nice to get a break from the traditional red sauce (which I love but tends to cause more indigestion the older I get! LOL). Good basic recipe and you could def. make it your own with whatever toppings you want.
