the flavor was very good and very similar to a local restaurant. Very easy to make. I had too much liquid so next time I will add less broth. I will make this again thanks KLBoyle

We have used this recipe at Super Bowl parties for the past several years. It is always a hit because it is such an excellent alternative to the standard chili, as well as being much better for you.

So easy to prepare. So incredibly delicious. A few tweeks I made to this receipe is, a dash of cayenne pepper and a squeeze of lime juice. I also added a dash of curry powder. This dish stores well and freezes well. Low in calories and fat. Love, love , love!!!

I really enjoyed this. I made it on the stove and halved the recipe since it was just my husband and I. I will make this again in the crock pot as well. So good!

This is INCREDIBLE!!! I made this last night and put it into bowls for lunch for the week. Had my first taste of it today for lunch and it really is "amazing"...lol. Thanks for a wonderful dish!

I finally found it! Once when I was post surgery a lady at church brought me a "white chili" and I fell in love with it. I've been searching for a recipe that was at least as good all to no avail. Now, I have found one that surpases that delicious treat I had so many years ago. If it's o.k, klboyle, I think i'LL market it and become a millionaire off of your recipe. Make exactly as the recipe states! Thanks so much!

Delicious! I used about 1 lb of chicken breasts just because I had to use it up. Also, I added a little cilantro. Great change from the usual chili recipes. Thanx for sharing your recipe; it's a keeper!

This is my new favorite chili recipe! It's such a change from traditional chili. The crockpot was completely full, and even though it was just DH and I, we only had 1 tiny little bowl left over! The flavor was perfect! I wouldn't change a thing! Thanks for another keeper, klboyle!

This was a pretty good chili and easy to make! To lighten it a bit I replaced 1 of the 3 cans of beans with some diced zucchini. I used 3 jalapenos and for me it still could have been spicier. Loved the way the cumin shined through in this. Thanks for posting the recipe!

Pipe some mashed potatoes around the edge (can even be instant ! . . . taste tested brand of course). No need for bread, or not. Makes a great presentation.
