Didn't know what to expect because of the buttermilk but boy was I surprised. These are great!!!
this was delicious. really enjoyed it, the garlic i used was from chef kate's Bouchon's Sautéed Spinach With Garlic Confit, the confit stays in the fridge and really good so if you want spinach as i side i would suggest using both these recipes!
