This Banana nut bread is from Betty Crocker's Best of Baking. It is so moist and tastey. I know there are a lot of banana breads already, but this one is extra good!

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease bottom of loaf pan. Not sides.
  3. Mix sugar and butter. Stir in eggs. Add banana, vanilla, and butter milk until smooth.
  4. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda, until flour is moistened.
  5. Stir in nuts.
  6. Pour into pans.
  7. Bake 1hr to 1hr 15min, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Let cool for 5 minute.
  9. Remove and let cool on wire rack before slicing.
  10. Enjoy.
