Tastes something like mint ice cream and would make a great after dinner drink. From the Amarula web site.
- 1 ounce Amarula cream liqueur
- 1 ounce mint liqueur
- 2 ounces fresh cream
- of fresh mint
- crushed miniature peppermint patties (I used crushed thin mint cookies)
- Place all ingredients into shaker with ice, shake and strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with crushed pepper- mint crisp chocolate and add fresh mint.
I love it. I used half and half cream. And white creme de menthe. Thanks Stephanie. Made for Bevy tag
I had to make this without the peppermint patties because I simply have never seen them on sale here since I moved to the UK (shame on them! lol). Still, this was very tasty indeed and far, far too easy to drink. Made for ZWT4.
O.K., now I understand why you say it's possible to gain weight on the Zaar World Tour! This is DELICIOUS. Anyone who gives this less than five stars should be promptly checked into an insane asylum. A great after dinner drink indeed! This was my first time trying Amarula and I love it.
