mmmmmmmmm interesting combination, TRUE! Helpful hint? Place apricot jam in the microwave on 20 - 30 seconds to melt, makes it easier to spread too! While it was interesting, don't think I would make, Is a VERY easy dish to bake! THANKS!

The dish turned out alright but my husband and I both felt it was too tart. I made a package of 10 drumsticks and the recipe barely made enough sauce to coat 10, never mind 12. I don't think I would make this again.

These are so easy to make and everyone loved them! The caramel flavor of Amarula really shined through in this recipe and lent an almost nutty taste that paired nicely with the apricot! I used orange marmalade for half and apricot jam for the other half. While cooking the two pretty much mixed together but was delicious. Next time I will just use the apricot as the four year old was not thrilled with the slight bitter taste of the orange peel in the marmalade. Wonderful Amarula recipe!!! Thanks karenbear for posting this easy and pretty recipe!
