From Amarula. When I make this I think I'll try a light rum as I don't have this brand.
- 1 ounce appleton estate jamaica rum
- 1⁄2 ounce Amarula cream liqueur
- 1⁄4 ounce Chambord raspberry liquor
- 1⁄4 ounce cream of coconut
- ice cube
- fresh raspberry, garnish
- Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass or over ice in a rocks glass.
- Garnish with a fresh raspberry.
