Yum! I used golden oreos for the crust and added sliced almonds to the top. I turned it into a lemon almond cheesecake by adding 3 tbsp lemon juice with the amaretto (reducing the amaretto to keep the total to 3 ozs.)
My boss said this was the BEST Amaretto Cheesecake I have ever made him. (I did not taste it for I am not an Amaretto fan) It is my tradition to make them for his birthday and Christmas. He said this one was best, so far. I have made many. Thanks for sharing!
