ingredients
- 16 amaretti cookies
- 170.09 g amaretto liqueur, 4 shots
- 8 scoop French vanilla ice cream
- whipped cream
- 59.14 ml slivered almonds
directions
- crumble 4 amaretti cookies into each of 4 desssert cups and douse them with the liqueur. Top with ice cream, whipped cream and almonds. easy peasy lemon squeezy =).

What a great easy dessert! Is added an almond pizzelle cookie to the bottom and a couple lady fingers for the top otherwise followed recipe...It was fabulous and a fancy easy dessert I would not hesitate to serve to guests...Thanks
