This is a fresh tasting ginger dressing inspired by my favorite Japanese restaurant.
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon sake
- 4 teaspoons grated gingerroot
- Combine all ingredients and whisk together.
- Serve over lettuce, carrots and scallions.
