It is very healthy and tastes good. It is great with grape molasses. Turkish people called the grape molasses Pekmez and this mixed with tahini (Tahin-Pekmez) they use as spread. I do it as well and like it.
This is quite unusual but astonishingly good. I think UmmBinat's idea to use grape molasses is good, but since the recipe doesn't specify I tried just plain old molasses, and I really liked the taste. Very different from tahini with honey, so don't expect this blend to taste like usual halvah! I will definitely use molasses again for a nice change of flavour. Thanks for posting this idea!

I think this is for grape molasses.
