I think I got this recipe from Cooking Light once upon a time. Healthy and yummy!

  1. Place tomatoes in a large saucepan & mash with a potato masher.
  2. Add the next 6 ingredients & stir well. Place over medium-high heat and bring to a boil; add pasta.
  3. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes.


Most Helpful

This was very easy, tasty and comforting. I was all out of ABC pasta, so I used another soup sized pasta instead (orzo). I added a bit more broth at the end, as it was a little thicker than I wanted.
