Made & reviewed for Kids Forum 'Recipe of The Week'. My 6 year old son had a lot of fun making these at the weekend with me. I have an almost identical recipe which uses dried fruit but DS said he prefers this recipe without the fruit! Thanks Sonya for a fun weekend breakfast :)

Yummy! Don't wait to Saturday to make these, they are so much fun. Little Miss (DD) was so impressed that her pikelets/pancakes was the shape of her name. Yes they are a bit tricking to do, but once the kids names are done you can make regular round pikelets/pancakes which taste and look perfect. I did two batches, one with real eggs and one with egg substitute. I also used a disposable piping bag otherwise kept to the recipe. Thank you so much Sonya01
