Award-winning Alouette Berries & Cream is only available during the holiday. This recipe it just perfect for holiday brunch!
- 1 (6 1/2 ounce) packagealouette berries & cream spreadable cheese
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 12 tablespoons french vanilla almond granola
- 12 tablespoons fresh raspberries, crushed
- fresh raspberries and mint leaf (to garnish)
- Fold together the Alouette Berries & Cream and yogurt in a bowl.
- Layer 1 tablespoons granola, 1 tablespoons cheese and yogurt mixture, and 1 tablespoons crushed raspberries in 4 parfait glasses.
- Repeat layers two more times.
- Garnish with raspberries and mint leaves.
