I'm a bit discerning in my tastes. These look fabulous. With a homemade crust, I recommend my One Pound Pizza Dough Abm (Or 1 1/2 Pounds), this could be pushed to 4 or 5 stars easily! My store doesn't carry the Alouette Baby Brie brand, so I used the 8 ounce container of President Brie. Also, I placed the rack in the lowest position in the oven and after the first 8 minute bake cycle, I moved it to the middle because my oven was about to burn the crust! Good recipe! I appreciated it! Thanks, CJ Alouette! Made for PAC Fall 2009.
