I got this recipe from a cookbook “Wonderful Ways to Cook Curries” I paid 50c for the book in a thrift shop and don’t plan to keep the poor old thing. I haven’t made this recipe, but we eat a lot of curries and I know I will. Remember an Australian tablespoon is 4 teaspoons.

  1. Blend together the yogurt, cumin, salt, pepper and chili powder.
  2. Chill in fridge.
  3. Cook potatoes in boiling water.
  4. Peel and dice when cool.
  5. Mix with the yogurt.
  6. Serve garnished with chopped chives and cumin seeds.

Wonderful taste and very simple to make. Had my steamer out for other dishes and used that to steam the already peeled and diced potatoes and that worked out great. Made the recipe for 2 servings only and that worked out perfectly. Made for Unrated Asian Recipe Tag Game.
