This recipe comes from my British chef friend, Ruth. Prep time includes cooking pasta.
- 1 lb penne rigate, cooked
- 1 (16 ounce) jar alfredo sauce
- 2 cups ham, diced
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Mix cooked penne, alfredo sauce, ham, 1 cup cheese, and salt and pepper to taste in a casserole dish.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
- Bake at 350 degrees F until heated through and cheese is slightly browned.
