I made this for a quick snack this afternoon and always love baked apples! My mom made them for us when we were little, taught us how to make them when we were old enough, and now I make them occasionally for a snack or dessert. Sometimes I forget the cinnamon and I never use water, but they still taste wonderful.
Made this for dessert tonight and we all enjoyed this. I made two apples but made them seperately. I used splenda brown sugar blend and didn't add the raisins. I also didn't add the water or the optional cream. We really enjoyed these.
Heavy cream is THE ticket with this yummy apple. Thank you !!!
This is so easy to do. And yummy. I did the recipe for 3 apples so I had to cook them at high heat almost 6 minutes (I don't remember exactly). Thanks CTRmom :) Made for TYM tag game
