A "healthy" version of my favorite Brownie

  1. Pre heat oven to 350. Combine cocoa and applesauce until well blended. Add in egg white, vanilla, skim milk and sugar. Mix well. Stir in the flour until the batter is smooth.
  2. Spray an 8x8 glass baking dish with cooking spray and cook for 25 minutes.
