It was amazing. I used a little extra cilantro but I can't believe how delicious it was.

This was definitely different. It was ok for us -- I'll probably try it again.

I made this one night to go along with fish tacos. It's a really good thing that this was so low fat, because my B.F. began eating it with a spoon! I didn't mention that it wasn't made with avocados, but he couldn't stop raving on and on about how great my guac had turned out. You gotta try it, no one will ever guess your healthy secret! NOTE: will need to season this more than you usually would with avocados, leave out the hot sauce and use jalapeños.

I just had to try this recipe. I teach a nutrition class on Tuesday night, and then I teach an hour of water aerobics. Each week we share healthy recipes. I chose this one to share this week. While I was making a batch for class tonight, I made a batch to take to work. I wouldn't tell anyone what it was made of, and no body thought anything different. Were they surprised when I told them what it was made out of. Every person asked for the recipe. I plan on making this for the SuperBowl this weekend, so I will have something to nibble on. I also made my own baked tortilla chips in the oven using fat free tortilla's. What a wonderful lowfat treat. Thank you for sharing your recipe. As a personal preference I left the cilantro out of one batch.
