This is very close to the authenic eggs benedict with less bother. Quick and easy! Delicious! We like this for supper.

  1. In saucepan, saute green pepper in 1 T butter.
  2. Add soup and milk.
  3. Cook and stir until hot.
  4. Spread remaining butter on muffin halves.
  5. Place 2 strips bacon and one egg on each muffin half.
  6. Spoon soup mixture over.
