After exposure to the sun for several hours, this is a great way to remove tan and fight sun damage. From the Young Times magazine.
- 1 cup dried almonds, blanched
- 1 cup cold low-fat yogurt, beaten
- Mix both the ingredients in a blender bowl.
- Cover and process until you get a paste.
- Keep it on for 15 minutes.
- Wash off.
- Pat dry.
- Relax and enjoy!
