      VERY NICE DRINK! As with at least one other reviewer, I used frozen fruit just to give it a 'frost' & also substituted apricot nectar for the water! Really liked the adding of nuts & seeds, as it gives a nice change from the usual! Thanks for sharing the recipe! [Tagged, made & reviewed in Gimme 5 tag]

      I quite liked this, I love adding seeds and nuts to my smoothies for texture and protein, thanks this was a good mix.

      This is not something I would probably make again without making some changes. DH said it was okay. I think I like Rita's idea with the mango juice in place of the apple. I also used frozen fruit and mixed everything in the Vita Mix. I added a touch of honey for sweetness

      This was simply deliciuos! I was surprised how good it tasted! I posted a review of this a long time ago but somehow it got lost. :( I posted a pic too, so will post again. Thank you for a yummy shake!

      I have a happy belly! This can`t be good for you It just taste to GOOOOD! :) I used my vita mix so all came out smooth and thick without soaking! I use ice cubes in place of the water. Mango juice in place of the apple. My fruit was also frozen!
