These are all favourite ingredients of mine, so I knew this would be good. I made half the recipe, using some pretty large mushrooms. Pretty easy for making something stuffed and I love the use of almonds vs breadcrumbs as I've seen in so many other recipes. I'd make these again using smaller mushrooms and serve as an appetizer.....I think you could prepare ahead of time and do the final 20 minutes of baking before you serve. This time I served as part of a main meal over some greens.
