Super good!! I love this with Cornish Hens.
- 1⁄2 cup butter or 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 1⁄4 cup chopped onion
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 1⁄2 cup slivered almonds
- 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- In lg.
- skillet cook butter and onion until soft, stirring.
- Mix in rice.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Bake at 375* for 35-40 min, or until cooked through and browned.
- OR: stuff poultry, and cook according to poultry recomendations.
