Got this recipe from a wedding caterer and served it at my daughter's wedding.
- 1 quart boiling water
- 5 3⁄4 cups granulated sugar
- 1 (6 ounce) can orange juice concentrate
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons citric acid
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons almond extract
- 7 quarts cold water
- 1 (10 lb) bagof crushed ice
- Add the sugar to the boiling water and stir; let set until.
- completely melted.
- Add all other ingredients.
