This recipe came from a cookbook called Rejuvenate Your Life which has many raw food recipes. I am interested in trying as many recipes as possible in the raw food state as I know this is very good for us all.

  1. Blend until creamy. This can be stored in the refrigerator for a week. The nuts and water may separate as they sit but you may shake before using.

This made a nice almond milk, it is simple to make. My usual recipe calls for soaking the nuts overnight, so this is much quicker. I used blanched nuts so no skins, and strained the pulp out after it settled. Fresh made almond milk is great in coffee.
