I made these for a Labor Day Celebration once. The adults loved them as much as the children!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 13 cup semisweet mini chocolate chips
  • 12 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 14 cup crushed cookie

Directions

  1. In bowl, combine first 3 ingredients.
  2. Fold in Cool Whip.
  3. Spoon into paper lined muffin tins.
  4. Sprinkle with cookie crumbs and freeze.
