- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1⁄4 cup unsweetened coconut
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1⁄4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1 cup dates, chopped
directions
- Preheat oven to 250.
- Mix oats, almonds, coconut, cinnamon.
- Add maple syrup, water.
- Stir until well mixed.
- Spread evenly on baking sheet.
- Bake 1 hour, stiring every 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly.
- Put in mixing bowl.
- Add dates, stir.
- Return to baking sheet, allow to finish cooling.
- Store in air-tight container.
