  • Preheat oven to 250.
  • Mix oats, almonds, coconut, cinnamon.
  • Add maple syrup, water.
  • Stir until well mixed.
  • Spread evenly on baking sheet.
  • Bake 1 hour, stiring every 15 minutes.
  • Allow to cool slightly.
  • Put in mixing bowl.
  • Add dates, stir.
  • Return to baking sheet, allow to finish cooling.
  • Store in air-tight container.
