Almond Crab Spread

- 226.79 g package cream cheese, softened
- 354.88 ml swiss cheese, shredded (6 ounces)
- 78.78 ml sour cream
- 0.61 ml nutmeg, ground
- 170.09 g can crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed or 118.29 ml imitation crabmeat, chopped
- 44.37 ml green onions, finely chopped, divided
- 78.78 ml almonds, sliced, toasted
- 0 to taste cracker
directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the first five ingredients.
- Stir in crab and 2 tablespoons onions.
- Spread into an ungreased 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 35O F for 15 minutes or until heated through.
- Sprinkle with almonds and remaining onions.
- Serve with crackers.
