  1. Crust: Mix flour and sugar.
  2. Cut in the margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Press firmly into a greased and floured 9 inch square cake pan.
  4. Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
  5. Topping: Combine eggs, sugar, surup, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg, and beat together.
  6. Stir in the nuts and coconut.
  7. Spread evenly over the crust.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set and golden.
  9. Cool thoroughly before cutting.

Yes, definitely gooey when done (after 25 min.) Do not be decieved into thinking that it is not cooked. Simply delicatable. Great with powdered sugar on top.
