  1. Yummyyyy! Will make it again and again!

  2. Yum! I grounded up some sliced almonds using a food processor. I used whole milk instead of buttermilk and I didn't have ceyenne so I busted out the red pepper flakes. Very easy and everyone in the family loved it!

  3. The coating was good and so was the fish, unfortunately for my recipe the coating fell off during cooking. :)

  4. I followed the recipe to a tee (for a change) and found that it was a very tasty way to prepare basa. I used the lemon pepper, and had lemon wedges on the side. It was quite an easy recipe to follow and turned out well. I served it with an orzo and asparagus side dish (recipe also from this site). A nice, healthy meal!

  5. Very flavourfull and quick and easy to put together. I used black pepper rather than lemon pepper. Loved the almond crust and I will make it again, thanks for posting.
