This is really an outstanding chicken salad! I made exactly as directed and I wouldn't change a thing! We enjoyed this as a salad, but would also be good served on crackers as an appetizer or on bread with lettuce for a sandwich. Juenessa, you really have some excellent recipes! I did not eat this but I made this for my mother for lunch today. She said this is one of her favortie chicken salad recipes that I have made for her yet. I used low fat sour cream and no fat mayo and she said that did not effect the flavor. I also added some sliced sweet onions because I had some in the fridge. I toasted the almounds on the stove top, and that was the longest part of the recipe! Thanks for posting!
