Very tasty reicpe, but we do like a little sauce with our stir-fries (moisten the rice, dontchaknow) and, in the end, I added some jarred black bean sauce with the cornstarch and some water. Also added broccoli. Thanks.

Delicious! We loved this yummy almond chicken. It went together quickly (if you chopped and sliced everything beforehand) and was very easy to make. I used peanut oil instead of vegetable oil because that is my preferred oil for stir-fries. Also, because I served this over jasmine rice, I added a little bit of purchased stir-fry sauce at the end of the cooking time to give it a little more sauce. Thank you for sharing this great recipe. **Made for Culinary Quest - Suitcase Gourmets**

Very tasty. I used Costco Stir-Fry vegetable blend which had everything in it, plus a few more veggies. Made for CQ 14.

Wonderful recipe. Made half a recipe for the two of us and loved the chicken. So tender and great flavors. Thought DH would have wanted more of a sauce but loved it the way it was.
