Directions

  1. Dice chicken into 1 inch cubes.
  2. Combine marinade ingredients, add chicken and mix well.
  3. Let stand 1/2 hour.
  4. Heat oil in skillet, add chicken and stir fry until browned.
  5. Remove chicken and drain well.
  6. Stir fry, onion, and celery for about 1 minute, until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  7. Combine ingredients for seasoning sauce in a small bowl, mix well and add to skillet and boil for 2 minutes.
  8. Add chicken and 1/2 cup almonds to boiling sauce mixing until well coated.
  9. Let stand for 5 minutes before using.
  10. Top with remaining almonds.
