      Great tasting brownies using paste instead of the almond extract in other recipes. The paste really brings out the intensite of almond much much more. I will cut back on the salt to 1 teaspoon in the future.

      Great brownies! Very easy to make and soooooo tasty! Loved the combination of chocolate and almonds. Nice change of pace from regular brownies. Will definitely make these again. Made for the winner of 1~2~3 Hits It's Not Easy Being Green ~ March 2010.

      Taking a cue from MarraMamba, I used Food Processor Almond Paste( #146770 ) to make these delicious brownies. They are very sweet but quite delicious with a dense but not heavy texture. I'll make these again!

      Made these for a special take-to-work-&-share event for my other half & just a little bit ago I got a phone call saying that they were gone within 2 hours ~ Not bad, I'd say! Now I just have to make them again so I can get a taste of them for myself! Apparently the big rave was about the chocolate & almond flavor combo! Thanks for sharing your recipe!
