My step-mother used to make this all the time when I was a kid growing up. I aways thought it was something fancy and hard to make. I was so worong when I got the recipe. So eazy and simple to make. It tastes really good. The gravy it makes is AWSOME!
- 4 bone in chicken breasts
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1⁄4 cup almonds (more if you like)
- salt and pepper
- Put chicken in baking dish. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix sour cream and cream of mushroom soup together and pour over chicken. Top chicken with almonds. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour or until done.
