Blueberry just makes a muffin. I love blueberry muffins, and with the almonds, it just tastes delish!

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C.
  2. Sift flour, baking powder and sugar,.
  3. Beat eggs, butter and milk.
  4. Make a hole in the middle of the flour, and pour the milk mixture into it.
  5. Add the lemon zest; stir lightly.
  6. Fold in the berries and almonds.
  7. The mixture should be lumpy.
  8. Pour into muffin pans, and bake until cooked.
  9. For a variation: Substitute the berries with other fruit or 1cup chocolate chips.
