This stuff will make you feel and breathe better when your not feeling your best due to colds, allergies, and/or bath.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 5 drops eucalyptus oil
  • 5 drops peppermint oil
  • 4 drops lavender oil
  • 7 drops of thyme oil, see note (optional)

Directions

  1. Add together all ingredients.
  2. Note: If chest is congested add 7 drops of Thyme.
  3. Use in bath, diffuser or humidifier.
