• Yields: 1 loaf

ingredients

• 203 ml water or 203 ml milk
• 2 teaspoons lemon juice
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons powdered milk (optional)
• 3 tablespoons oil
• 1 1⁄2 cups whole wheat flour
• 3 tablespoons whole wheat flour
• 1⁄2 cup unbleached white flour
• 2 tablespoons unbleached white flour
• 3 teaspoons salt
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons flax seeds
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons millet
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons shelled sunflower seeds
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons sesame seeds
• 2 1⁄4 tablespoons sugar
• 1⁄2 tablespoon instant yeast

directions

1. Measure all ingredients into bread pan according to breadmaker instuctions.
2. Set to normal or basic setting.
