- 1 teaspoon dried onion
- 1 egg
- 1⁄4 cup oil
- 1⁄2 cup cheddar cheese, grated (use extra sharp)
- 1 (8 1/4 ounce) can cream-style corn
- Mix all ingredients well. Lightly grease an 8X8 baking pan. bake 350 degrees until lightly golden brown about 15-20 minutes.
