- 2 (15 ounce) cans white shoepeg corn, drained
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
- 30 round butter flavored crackers, crushed (Ritz crackers)
directions
- Combine the first 5 ingredients in a buttered 2 quart casserole dish; set aside.
- 2.Mix butter and crushed crackers together; sprinkle over corn mixture.
- 3.Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
