All Purpose Tea Tree Toner With Glycerine

"I have particularly sensitive skin and I have to be very careful what I put on my skin. I make my own soaps, lotions and bath stuff, so this goes to show what extent I have to go to get "normal" skin. This toner started out for being just used on the face, but quickly became an all purpose body toner. I find that I can use just the toner and not have to use any face cream afterwards (and that has never been an option for me before) We were recently in Hawaii and I would use this if I got too much sun (which was every day!!) and I am prone to sand fly bites. With other homopathic pills that I was taking, this definately helped cut down the amount of fly bites I got. I recently had a bad cold and the toner helped with my poor helpless nose. The toner can be used for after shaving the arm, leg and bikini areas to close the pores and helps prevent rasor burn. It can work as an antiseptic on cuts or open sores...it will just sting a bit. I just love it when something "works"....especially for me!!"

directions

  • In a 2 oz spray bottle, add the tea tree oil and glycerine.
  • Add enough witch hazel to fill the bottle. Shake well.
  • Note: If you have never used Tea Tree Oil, I strongly recommend doing a patch test to make sure that there is no reaction. I always date everything I make so I know 1) how fast I go through it and 2) because every product has some type of shelf life. I used this up within 3 months on a daily base.
