I didn't use this exact recipe. My review was actually intended for another OAMC recipe for the same thing. OOPs. I think I will use this one next time though with the addition of celery and maybe even zucchini. I like the idea of "hidden veggies" for the health benefits as well as to stretch the meat. I am so glad that this is cooked and in my freezer. It's such a go to convenience item. I have frozen in 1/2 lb. since there are only 2 of us. Such a time saver. I prefer to have mine cooked and then frozen. I thought this cooked up easily. I was worried that it would cook in very big chunks but it didn't. It was actually easier than 1 lb at a time. I just used a big stock pot.
