Who need harsh chemicals? Not me! And my tub has never been so white! From Vegetarian Times magazine

  1. Sprinkle Borax (whatever amount needed) on surface.
  2. Spray with vinegar.
  3. Scrub with sponge or brush.

This works AWESOME! Even around the drains, where the most discolouration occurs, the tub and sink came out perfectly clean. And on the toilet, it woks fantastic as well! Thanks, Prose! Made for Veggie Swap 30, January 2011.

You can now add to this description "porcelain sink cleaner" as well :). I have a ridiculous white porcelain sink in my kitchen (what were they thinking?!?) and it stains something awful, especially since I use cast iron cookware. This didn't remove all of the discoloration, but it did a fairly nice job and was way more eco-friendly than the bleach water that others suggest I use. Thanks for posting, Prose!
