My own latest toolkit(if I may say so) that helps me when I'm upset n need to eat. I am a pretty emotional eater, so this helps instead of Kit-Kat or After-Eight chocolates.
- 2 cups raisins
- 5 cups Kellogg's choco wheat flakes
- 2 cups honey nut cracker crumbs
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups cashews, broken
- 2 cups unsalted pistachios
- Take a big ice-cream box you no longer use.
- Throw everything in it.
- Eat when hungry.
- It will make a healthy snack.
