I like my chili without beans and hot enough to make you sweat just by smelling it. This recipe meets both requirements and never makes as many servings as it should because I can't stop with just one serving. If you don't like your chili really hot cut back on the chili powder.
- When preparing the jalapeño peppers wear gloves and wash with hot soapy water afterwards to avoid contact with your skin and especially your eyes.
- Add all of the ingredients and stir to combine. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
