Will surely satisfy a hearty appetite. This sugar-free recipe is tops with waist watchers. Diabetic Exchanges: 2 starch, 1 vegetable. This came from Taste Of Home Cooking School. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping.

  1. Cut bacon into 1"-inch pieces; cook in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes. Add onion and cook until bacon is crisp and onion is tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in the ketchup, vinegar, water, mustard, worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir in beans.
  2. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15-20 minutes. Stir in Equal.
